Park Hotel Aalborg wishes you welcome. The hotel is known for its cosy and romantic atmosphere. The hundred year history of the building has been preserved along with the original rooms, paintings and trimmings. In 1990 an extension was added which harmonises perfectly with the beautiful older building. Personal, polite and helpful services are the key-words of the Stroem Family, who have owned and managed the Hotel for over 50 years. The hotels restaurant, Christian X, is named after the hotels painting. In the restaurant is served specially chosen menus, inspired by classic Danish and French cuisine. Annexed to the restaurant is the hotels bar, where one can enjoy a drink before or after dining. During the summer period, there is a delightful garden-court yard and walk away restaurant with service. Salon I and II are the hotels old party rooms which conjure memories of the past. Kroeyer I and II are newer rooms built in the old style and trimmed with paintings of the married couple “Kroeyer”, Painted by their student Domh. All rooms adaptable and well suited to social gatherings, such as courses and conferences. All the guest rooms are tastefully furnished in a romantic style in keeping with the hotels age. Park Hotel offers 42 double rooms, 6 triple rooms, 5 suites and 28 single rooms. Park Hotel Aalborg lies in the heart of Aalborg city jus across the way from the train station, bus terminal and parking house. Aalborg Congress and Cultural Centre, shopping centres, as well as many cultural attractions are all within walking distance. The hotels location allows ample opportunity for exercise – fitness centre as well as park area with extensive pathway system can be found next to the hotel.
